I also thought it was cool. I skipped <i>The Year of Living Dangerously</i> because I caught it at SIFF just a few years ago as part of a Peter Weir retrospective. I had no idea about the Linda Hunt character either. It was funny seeing her as a judge on <i>The Practice</i> around the same time. Manufactured Landscapes seems to be pretty polarized in terms of reactions. I also thought it was cool.
